  Ingredients:1 Pkg. Cherry Tomatoes, washed and halved1 Red Onion, sliced into thin half-moons4 Garlic Cloves, minced1/2 C. Fresh Parsley, chopped1/2 C. Fresh Dill, chopped1/3 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 C. Lemon Juice (fresh is best)3 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar1 Pkg. Feta Cheese, crumbled Salt & Pepper to tasteDirections:1. Keeping bottles in an environment of approximately 70% humidity minimizes evaporation and keeps the corks moist.
