Where are you located?

Our Executive Offices are located in Northern California, United States, from where we design most of the products we sell. We source, package and dispatch all orders from our modern facility in Europe for faster less expensive delivery.  

Will my credit card charge me an International transaction fee?

No, if you live in the United States therefore your transaction is within the United States. 

Can I include a Gift Message?

You may include a message with each of your Gifts by simply filling in the message box when prompted during the checkout process. You'll need to complete a separate message box at the beginning of the checkout process for each Gift Ordered.

What are your Delivery Times?

All of our products are shipped EXPRESS SERVICE. Delivery Times vary based upon the Country. For your complete satisfaction, we exclusively us International Couriers such as UPS, DPS, DHL and Federal Express. Delivery is made during office hours of 9 - 5 local time. 

What happens when the recipient is not in or I have to give you another address for delivery?

If the recipient is not in when delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave a card requesting that the recipient contact the delivery company on the number provided on the card to arrange an alternative date for delivery. 

Do you Deliver on Weekends?

Saturday or Sunday Delivery is not available.

Why can't I ship alcohol to, Finland, Switzerland, Sweden or Norway?

Local Regulations do not permit the import of Gifts Containing Alcohol.  

What happens if my gift arrives damaged?

If for any reason, any of our products do not reach you or your recipient in good condition, we will happily replace the gift or refund your order 100%. 

Is your site Secure?

We use the most Secure SSL Encryption available to safeguard your information. We understand fully how important online security is to all of us. Our staff does not have access to your credit card details. The transaction is done securely by our bank to further ensure the safety of the card information.

I hate Spam, what will you do with my email address?

We hate spam as much as you do, so our policy is simple - We will not sell or give your email address to anyone. However, we do not want you to miss out on any offers we may have available throughout the year, so with your permission, we will send you these offers on those occasions. 

My Gift contains perishables, are they going to arrive fresh?

All of our Gifts are packed and shipped the day your order is received to ensure the highest freshness and quality. If there is ever any question about our products, please let us know and we will make it good.
