Under each item pricing, you will find the additional delivery cost for the gift by region. To purchase any product(s) click the "Add to My Shopping Cart" button located above the large image of the item you have selected. This will take you to the Checkout Page. Fill out the checkout form and remember that for security reasons you must enter the address where the credit card statements are received. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an electronic receipt confirming your order which will also include a tracking (order) number for your reference. As soon as the gift is Dispatched from our facility, you will receive a new receipt with the Courier Name and Tracking Number. CANCELLATION & CLAIMS POLICY
Since many of our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept cancellations once the parcel leaves our facilities. Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatching by calling our Customer Service Department in the United States Toll Free 1-877-276-6102 or (click here to send us a message) on the day the order was submitted, but not later than 1500 GMT.
In the event that your gift arrives at the destination damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 5 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed due to Adverse Weather Conditions or Not Delivered Due Incorrect or Insufficient Address Given. Please ensure that the delivery address is correct before submitting your order. If a parcel is unable to be delivered and returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect recipient address or if the recipient refuses to accept the parcel, we will only refund 50% of the cost of the original order excluding shipping costs. Should a new shipment be requested by the purchaser, we will charge an additional fee equal to 50% of the original order. We will refund 100% of charges only if the return is as a result of our error.
DELIVERY AND HANDLING
All of our Gifts are assembled and dispatched from our Modern production and packing facility in the UK. We exclusively use couriers such as DHL and FEDERAL EXPRESS for safe, ontime and reliable delivery. Delivery Time for all UK and Northern Ireland orders is OVERNIGHT. European Union (EU) Country Delivery Time is within 2-5 Business Days depending upon the delivery country. Saturday & Sunday Delivery is not available.
All delivery charges apply per item and are as follows: US$30.00 per parcel to all EU COUNTRIES, US$49.00 to all NON EU COUNTRIES such as Norway and Switzerland. Delivery to all locations in the UK including Northern Ireland is FREE of CHARGE
We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by Adverse Weather.
We Do Not deliver to Military Bases, Postal Boxes, APO or FPO Addresses.
Nobody Home Policy / Difficulty Locating Address:
Every effort will be made to have your products delivered as requested but specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Since couriers require a signature, parcels cannot be left unattended.
If your recipient is not available to accept their item when we attempt delivery, this is what will happen:
We will call the phone number you have provided when ordering for your recipient. We will offer them the following range of options for alternative delivery options - along the same delivery route:
1- Leave the delivery with a neighbor specifically selected by the recipient
2- Delivery to the nearest Delivery Courier Company Location
3- We will re-address the item in accordance with your recipients chosen option and deliver it to the agreed alternative delivery point.
4- The parcel will be held for 5 days before being returned to our warehouse if it is not collected.
