All of our Gifts are assembled and dispatched from our Modern production and packing facilities in Central Europe. We exclusively use secure couriers such as UPS, DHL, DPD and FEDEX for safe and on time and reliable delivery. Saturday & Sunday Delivery is not available

We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by Adverse Weather. 

We Do Not deliver to Military Bases, Postal Mail Boxes, APO or FPO Addresses.

Gift Baskets For Europe LLC uses the highest standard of security available and guarantees absolutely, the security of your information. Delivery Costs are displayed in the Checkout and are based upon the Country of Delivery. Enter the Gift Message you desire and fill in the requested information. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an electronic receipt confirming your order. As soon as the gift is Dispatched from our facility, you will receive a notification with the Courier Name and Tracking Number. In the unlikely event that you have to contact us by telephone or email, please reference your order number for a more prompt response Click here to order.


Since many of our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept cancellations once the parcel leaves our facilities. Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatching by calling our Customer Service Department at (click here to send us a message) on the day the order was submitted, but not later than 1500 GMT.

In the event that your gift arrives at the destination damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department within 5 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed due to Adverse Weather Conditions or Not Delivered Due Incorrect or Insufficient Address provided upon purchase. Kindly ensure that the delivery address is correct before submitting your order. If a parcel is unable to be delivered and returned to our warehouse due to an incorrect recipient address or if the recipient refuses to accept the parcel, we will only refund 50% of the cost of the original order excluding shipping costs. We will refund 100% of charges only if the return is as a result of our error.

Nobody Home or Response from Recipient: 

Every effort will be made to have your products delivered as requested but specific delivery hours or times cannot be guaranteed. Our couriers require a signature upon delivery. 

In the event that your recipient is not available to accept their parcel upon delivery, the courier will leave a door tag and attempt to contact the recipient at the telephone number provided with your order.

We can: 

Leave the parcel with a neighbor as directed by the recipient.

After two Delivery attempts the Courier will deliver the parcel to a nearby Courier Company alternative delivery point. It will be available for pick up at this location for 5 business days before it is returned to our warehouse.  


At this time, we cannot deliver to the following countries: Ukraine, Moldova, Macedonia, Georgia, North Macedonia and Russia.


Wine or Champagne cannot not be delivered to Finland, Sweden or Norway.  


We understand your time is valuable and we want to make it easier for you when your ordering multiple items. If you have a large gift list we invite you to use our downloadable Excel order form provided in our Concierge Service. Follow the simple directions to complete the order form, then email it to our customer service department. We will call you to confirm the receipt, confirm your requested products/names/address and contact information and receive your payment.
