Q:Where are you located?
A:We are located in El Dorado Hills, Northern California, USA. We ship all of our products from the Western Europe Warehouse.
Q:Can I include a Gift Message?
A:You may include a message with each of your hampers by simply filling in the message box when prompted in the checkout process. You'll need to complete a different message box for each hamper if you want a different message, or, if you would like to repeat your message, you can simply copy and paste the text into each message box.
Q:What are your Delivery Times?
A:All of our products are shipped EXPRESS at Standard Shipping Rates. They are delivered within three business days anywhere in Europe, the UK and Ireland. We us only International Couriers for your safety and delivery is made during office hours of 9 - 5 local time. In the event that the recipient is likely to be working, may we suggest that you have the gift to be delivered to their work address.
Q:What happens when the recipient is not in or I have to give you another address for delivery?
A:If the recipient is not in when delivery is attempted, the delivery company will leave a card requesting that the recipient contact the delivery company on the number provided on the card to arrange an alternative date for delivery. In the event that the gift has to be re directed by the Courier they impose a fee of $15.00 which we will pass on to you as an additional charge.
Q:What Delivery Methods do you use?
A:We only use international Couriers such as FEDEX or DHL. Express Shipping is our standard and requires a signature upon delivery. Most orders are delivered within two business days.
Q:Do you Deliver on Saturdays?
A:Saturday Delivery is not available.
Q:Why can't I ship alcohol to Scandinavian Countries?
A:Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland imposes high taxes on the importation of alcohol.
Q:Why can't I ship fruit to all European countries?
A:Some countries will delay packages at Customs which may compromise the freshness of the fruit. We therefore only ship fruit to: Belgium, The Netherlands, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy and Luxembourg.
Q:What happens if my gift arrives damaged?
A:If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you or your recipient in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned.
Q:Is your site Secure?
A:Absolutely. We use the most secure SSL encryption available to safeguard your information. We understand fully how important online security is to all of us. We do not store your credit card details where any unauthorized person can have access.
Q:I hate Spam, what will you do with my email address?
A:We hate spam as much as you do so our policy is simple - we will not spam you. We do not, however, want you to miss out on any offers we may have so, with your permission, we will keep you up to date, but you will not receive more than 12 promotional emails from us in one year, and often you will receive less than this.
Q:My hamper contains perishables, are they going to arrive fresh?
A:All of our hampers are shipped EXPRESS and are delivered within three business days.
