  Ingredients:1 Pkg. Cherry Tomatoes, washed and halved1 Red Onion, sliced into thin half-moons4 Garlic Cloves, minced1/2 C. Fresh Parsley, chopped1/2 C. Fresh Dill, chopped1/3 C. Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/4 C. Lemon Juice (fresh is best)3 Tbsp. White Wine Vinegar1 Pkg. Feta Cheese, crumbled Salt & Pepper to tasteDirections:1. BEET ROOT AND GOAT CHEESE SALAD  Ingredients:  4 steamed and peeled beets 1/4 cup olive oil 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1 5 oz. spring salad mix 1/4 cup pecans or walnuts 3 oz. soft goat cheese, crumbled Salt and pepper to taste Directions:  1. Some Helpful Hints on Storage of Wines Keep it in the dark UV Rays can cause damage to its flavor and odor. Keeping bottles in an environment of approximately 70% humidity minimizes evaporation and keeps the corks moist.
