We know the important role we play in the global delivery of gifts to Europe on your behalf to your family, friends or business associates. In keeping with our pledge to provide you with the highest level of quality products and service, we’d like to keep you posted on all new developments.
We continue to operate as normal although our couriers have seen an increase in demand demand therefore some deliveries may take slightly longer.
As you know, we have streamlined our categories and offerings to reflect our present world-wide environment. We have now added a new category of gifts for delivery to all locations in the UK including Northern Ireland only. These new added offerings have perishable foods, we cannot deliver them to Continental Europe due to potential delivery delays.
Our couriers DHL and FEDEX continue to function without interruption. Everything we have on site is available for delivery Monday to Friday. Please note that we can only deliver to residential addresses and for safety reasons all gifts will be marked “Authority to Leave” no signature will be required. Please ensure that someone will be at the delivery address to receive the gift. This will limit the contact between recipients and the couriers.
